I have been in the fitness world for over 20 years, working with all kinds of people from professional athletes and marathon runners to complete beginners. I officially qualified as a personal trainer in 2009, but I have been helping people move better, feel stronger, and perform at their best long before that.

At First Place Coaching, I bring that same experience and attention to detail online. Whether your goal is weight loss, muscle gain, better movement, or improving athletic performance, I will create a programme that fits your lifestyle and keeps you accountable wherever you are in the world.

Football has always been a big part of my life. I played at a semi-professional level when I was younger and have spent the last seven years coaching children’s football, which has taught me a lot about motivation, mindset and discipline.
